My New Online Educational Toys Site

Looking for Widows to Share With
My name is Jeanette and my husband died of cancer in July of 2005. I know how tough it is to be a single mom raising two kids by myself (even though one is in college now). If there are any other widows in my situation and would just like to share thoughts and feelings about coping strategies and problems/accomplishments related to being a widow and/or raising kids as a single parent, you are welcome to blog with me.

Thanks for visiting my blog. My name is Jeanette and I am a Special Education teacher in Texas. I am a single mom (my husband died of cancer) and I have two awesome kids, 19 and 7. Along with teaching Life Skills, I just finished building an educational learning toy website called http://www.icanlearntoys.com/. I’m proud of all the hard work I did on my site and I love the products.
I am interested in blogging with people who are interested in family and education. I’d like to exchange ideas and interesting stories about the classroom and family. Before my husband died, we were pastors in Louisiana. I am a Christian mom with family values. I’d love to hear from you.
